Ezt mind tudjuk, azt azonban m\u00e1r kevesebben, hogy hogyan \u00e9s mi\u00e9rt lettek olyanok Szeged utc\u00e1i, \u00fatjai, terei \u00e9s parkjai, amilyenek. A megsemmis\u00fclt telep\u00fcl\u00e9s \u00fajj\u00e1\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9\u00e9rt Lechner Lajos felelt, illetve \u0151 alkotta meg azt a terjedelmes k\u00f6nyvet, melyben rajzokkal, metszetekkel illusztr\u00e1lva volt l\u00e1that\u00f3 az akkor m\u00e9g csak a fej\u00e9ben \u00e9l\u0151 Szeged, melyet ma mind otthonunkk\u00e9nt szeret\u00fcnk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eLechner Lajos terve nemcsak az adott k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt, hanem a kor m\u00e9rc\u00e9j\u00e9vel m\u00e9rve is kiv\u00e1l\u00f3 alkot\u00e1s volt, mely az elpusztult hajdani mez\u0151v\u00e1ros hely\u00e9n egy \u00faj korszer\u0171 [\u2026] v\u00e1ros kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1nak lehet\u0151s\u00e9geit teremtette meg\u201d &#8211; \u00edrta k\u00e9s\u0151bb K\u00e1rolyi Zsigmond a szegedi \u00e1rv\u00edzr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/library.hungaricana.hu\/hu\/view\/SZAK_DUNA_Vtf_01_Szegedi\/?pg=0&amp;layout=s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">k\u00f6nyv\u00e9ben<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lechner szegedi megb\u00edz\u00e1sa el\u0151tt m\u00e1r dolgozott Budapestnek, \u00edgy tudta hogyan kell egy eur\u00f3pai v\u00e1rost a kor ig\u00e9nyeire, modernre \u00e1tszabni \u00fagy, hogy a lak\u00f3k leveg\u0151h\u00f6z, f\u00e9nyhez jussanak az el\u0151z\u0151 korokra jellemz\u0151 sz\u0171k, kellemetlen v\u00e1rosi terek ut\u00e1n.
